Refund and Return Policy

Red Dirt Trinkets is a brand of Dog Tag Printworks LLC. Our apparel and other printed items are made to order.

Returns and exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size selected at checkout, or other preference-based reasons on made-to-order printed items. Please review the product description, size information, colors, and your order details before purchasing.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email admin@reddirttrinkets.com promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if possible. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. We will cover any return shipping we require for an item we sent incorrectly or that arrived damaged or defective.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once production has started, we may be unable to make changes or cancel a made-to-order item.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, we issue it to the original payment method. Your payment provider determines when the credit appears. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and provide a refund for the unfulfilled items in accordance with applicable law.
